a) Information you provide us:

When you create or update your ProMediMate user account, we may collect your name, gender, address (including pin code), date of birth, email ID, phone number, photograph, national identification proof, login name, and password. If you are an End User, we will also collect information about your medical history (drug allergies, chronic conditions), health habits, health indicators (BMI, weight, height), diagnostic reports, prescriptions, or any pictures/photos/files or other content shared by you. If you are a healthcare professional, we will collect information including your practice details and specialty, years of experience, proofs of educational/technical qualifications, certifications and affiliations, registration details with relevant medical councils or authorities.

b) Information we collect about you:

  • Communications: When you communicate with us (via email, text, phone, through the Application, or otherwise), we may maintain a record of your communication;
  • Location information: Depending on the Services you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real-time information or approximate location information;
  • Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services;
  • Records stored on the Application: Any diagnostic report, prescriptions, or other records or files rendered through the Application and/or uploaded by you onto the Application.

4. COOKIES

The Application uses temporary cookies to store certain non-sensitive personal data used by ProMediMate and its service providers for the technical administration of the Application, research and development, and user administration.
