Welcome to ProMediMate! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, including our website and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Payment Terms
a) Payment for the Services will be made according to the terms displayed when selecting the Services.
b) The fees for any Services will be shown to the End User prior to their use. Once payment is completed, the End User acknowledges that refunds are not permitted.
c) All fees for Services displayed by Promedimate include any applicable taxes, duties, charges, or similar levies unless stated otherwise.
2. Role of the Platform
a) Facilitator Role: Promedimate serves as a facilitator that connects users with independent service providers (the "Service Providers") offering healthcare services, including but not limited to diagnostic tests, physiotherapy, nursing, and pharmacy services.
b) No Direct Provision: The Platform does not directly provide healthcare services. All services are provided by independent Service Providers who are responsible for their own practices, qualifications, and actions.
Verification of Licenses: Promedimate wil ensure that all service providers (e.g., diagnostic labs, physiotherapists, nurses) are licensed and certified to operate in their respective fields and will verify their credentials regularly
3. User Obligations
As a user of the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws;
- Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services.
- Verification: Users are encouraged to verify the credentials and qualifications of Service Providers before engaging their services.
- Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge that engaging with Service Providers carries inherent risks and that Promedimate is not liable for any actions or omissions of the Service Providers.
4. Service Provider Responsibilities
As a service provider, you agree to:
- Licensure and Compliance: Service Providers are solely responsible for maintaining the necessary licenses, certifications, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to their services.
- Quality of Service: Service Providers are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they provide. Promedimate does not guarantee the quality or outcomes of any services rendered by the Service Providers.
- Indemnification: Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold Promedimate harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their services or conduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
Platform Liability: Promedimate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided by the Service Providers.
No Medical Advice: The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you through our website or via email. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Service availability or Geographical coverage
We currently serve a limited number of pincodes. Please check service availability in your area before placing an order.
We are not responsible for any charges incurred due to bookings made without verifying service availability during login or at any other stage of the process. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that our services are accessible in their location before proceeding.
We appreciate your understanding and are actively working to expand our service coverage.
8. Shipping Terms for Medical Health Report Delivery
- All medical health reports will be delivered electronically via secure email or through our online portal.
- Reports will typically be delivered within 6 hours to 7 business days after the completion of the assessment. If there are delays, we will notify you via email.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services.
- There are no shipping fees for electronic delivery of medical health reports.
- Upon delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your report within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses or contact details.
- In case of technical difficulties accessing your report, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the services provided by the Service Providers shall be resolved directly between the user and the Service Provider. Promedimate shall not be liable for any disputes or claims arising from these interactions. However Promedimate is ready to provide the necessary info in case the dispute is genuine.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction of the state of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction of the state of Telangana, India.
